My passion it to see black women from all walks of life take fitness and healthy eating more seriously.
I have years of experience with diets and fads that do not work. As a whole the black culture is very unhealthy . These things effect us and cause many issues, such as; hyper tension ,diabetes and a list of other issues well as obesity. I always say give me a week and I’ll change the way you do food and the way you view fitness.
